PhD project: Integrating big data for precision medicine in pediatric leukemia. Latest publication: ALLCoP: Error reduction in leukemia machine learning classification with conformal prediction. In press, JCO Clinical Cancer Informatics.

National Genomics Infrastructure / SciLifeLab, Uppsala

Implemented, deployed and maintained the distributed, event-driven Arteria: An automation system for a sequencing core facility (GigaScience, 2019). Deployed and maintained bioinformatic analysis infrastructure on high-performance Linux cluster. Architected and prototyped a plugin-based framework for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Implemented reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) of bioinformatic pipelines.

Hack for Sweden, Stockholm

Prototyped Redo, a mobile app that implements a social networking approach to the crisis preparation guidelines from the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB). Won second place in the “Health” category.

Rebuilt UI for exploring educational statistics.

Systems architecture of a foreign aid reporting platform, culminating in the report Usability and Architecture Study for development of a replacement external aid transparency platform for the European Union.

Developed and maintained user interface systems for Kambi’s sports betting terminals.

Member of an Agile team tasked with the redesign and migration of a leading Swedish recipe website from recept.nu to koket.se.

Archiwwwe, Stockholm

Co-architect and developer for Archiwwwe, a system to crawl and archive websites. Authored whitepaper on innovative website archival method. Built a UI to browse archives.
